Tips for Self-Care during COVID-19

While the COVID-19 pandemic keeps us mostly confined to our homes, many of us are experiencing increased levels of stress and anxiety. Whether you’re adapting to working, parenting and/or schooling from home, worried about your business or the virus, missing your loved ones, or any combination of the above, these are most definitely uncertain times. Therefore, it’s important to take time to have moments of self-care throughout the day. Whatever your situation may be, here are some ideas of how you can practice self-care during coronavirus.

1. Practice Meditating

The popularity of meditation has been increasing for a while, as more and more people discover its benefits. Meditation is a collection of practices meant to help train your mind to focus and redirect thoughts. It has been shown to help with a variety of physical and mental conditions. Meditation can help ease anxiety and stress, which may have a chain reaction effect for any related conditions. Even if you’re not actively looking to alleviate anything in particular, meditation can help you focus and recenter, allowing you to move forward in your day with more awareness, intention, and peace. 2. Create a Peaceful Haven
